Representative Green moved and asked unanimous consent that CSSB
97(FIN) am be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and              
placed on final passage.                                                       
                                                                               
                                                                               
Representative Berkowitz objected and withdrew the objection.  There           
being no further objection, CSSB 97(FIN) am was advanced to third              
reading.                                                                       
                                                                               
CSSB 97(FIN) am was read the third time.
